In order to tryout, all students must have a completed athletic packet and a sports physical. Athletic packets are available on the CUSSD website on the athletic forms page.
Parents: the $175 athletic fee invoice will be mailed home to you by the district office, and must be paid by the due date, or your athlete may not be allowed to play in games. Once your student athlete makes the team the fee is non-refundable.
